1. Introduction
Thank you for shopping at Vit&care. We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
2. Returns
a. You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
b. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
c. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Refunds
a. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.
b. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
c. Refunds will typically be processed within 10 to 15 business days.
4. Shipping
You will not be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are 100% refundable.
5. Exceptions
Some items may not be eligible for a return or refund. These might include:

At Vit&care, we understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as flexible as possible while allowing us to efficiently manage our inventory and serve all of our customers.
2. Order Cancellation by Customers
a. Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to request a cancellation. b. After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item after receiving it, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
3. Order Cancellation by Vit&care
a. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. Reasons might include:
- Stock unavailability.
- Inaccurate product or pricing information.
- Payment issues identified by our fraud detection tools. b. In cases where we need to cancel an order, we will notify you and provide a full refund for the order.
4. Cancellation Charges
a. For orders canceled before shipment, there are no cancellation charges. b. For orders canceled after shipment, any return shipping charges or restocking fees (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
